FLEETWOOD, Pa. - The NCC Spartans golf team finished fourth at the EPCC championships on Monday at Golden Oaks Country Club, firing a 347 which was 13 strokes off the championship pace set by Bucks County Community College at 334.

Brandon Hendershot finished with a team-best 83, followed by Andrew Konkolics at 85, Dan Fiske at 88 and Nicholas DeAngelis at 91.

Northampton was one of only two teams in the EPCC to qualify all six of their golfers for the Pennsylvania Collegiate Athletic Association (PCAA) State Championships next week at Penn National Golf Course.  Mike Hicks and Jeff Zook will join Coach Malitzki and the rest of the squad as the battle for the State Championship on October 11th and 12th.

Andrew Schlert of Delaware County Community College earned medalist honors with a 79.
