BETHLEHEM, Pa. - Head Coach Missy Lynn, the 2008 EPCC Coach of the Year, enters her 4th season on the sideline for NCC as the Spartans prepare to take the court tonight for the first time.

Northampton, entering its first season as a member of the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA), is coming off a 16-2 campaign during which they captured the Eastern Pennsylvania Collegiate Conference (EPCC) regular season and tournament titles and finished as Pennsylvania Collegiate Athletic Association (PCAA) state runners-up.  

"I am looking forward to the transition to the NJCAA," commented Lynn, "I think it will help with recruiting and allow us to attract more student-athletes to NCC."

The Spartans begin practice tonight at 6pm, their first match is scheduled for September 9th at Passaic Community College.
