HERSHEY, Pa. - Sophomore Michael Hicks shot an 87 to lead the Northampton Community College Golf team to a third place finish at the Harrisburg Area Community College Invitational on Tuesday.

The Spartans finished with a team score of 353, 10 strokes out of second place. 

Jeffrey Zook and Daniel Fiske each shot 88, while Brandon Hendershot finished with a 90.

Harrisburg Area Community College captured the tournament, firing a 324, led by medalist Ryan Baer who carded a 77.

The Spartans return to the fairways on September 23rd when they travel to the Bucks County Community College Invitational.
