BETHLEHEM, Pa. - The record-breaking winter storm which pounded the Middle Atlantic Region this weekend has forced the cancellation of tonight's Region XIX basketball doubleheader at Atlantic Cape Community College.

ACCC Director of Athletics Mike Rennick informed Northampton officials that the Atlantic Cape campus, located in Mays Landing, NJ, would be closed on Monday, thus forcing the cancellation of the game.

Region XIX officials are working with all schools throughout Region XIX to devise a plan to get all cancelled games played before playoff seeding takes place. "The basketball committee and Regional Directors are working around the clock to come up with a plan of action that is equitable to everyone involved," stated Northampton Director of Athletics Troy Tucker, "as soon as we get the revised schedule we will post it to nccspartans.com."

The Spartans and Brookdale Community College were cancelled on Saturday due the storm, that doubleheader will be made up on Tuesday February 16th with the men's game at 6:00pm, followed by the women's game at 8:00pm.
