MYRTLE BEACH, SC - The NCC women's softball team won their third game of their southern trip, defeating NJCAA Division II Massasoit Community College, 5-2, on Tuesday morning.

Gina Falco was 2 for 3, while Kate Check and Laura Bartek each had an RBI.

Erin LaBar earned the victory, improving to 2-0 on the season.

The Spartans, now 3-1 overall, face nationally-ranked Herkimer County Community College later today.
