Perry Nardella was one of two male athletes ever to play three sports at Northampton.  Perry competed in golf, men's basketball and baseball in 1979-80.

The 1979 baseball team finished first in the Eastern Pennsylvania Collegiate Conference and won the conference tournament.  The 1980 basketball team won the Pennsylvania Collegiate Athletic Association state championship, as Nardella was named All-Conference and set the school record for assists in a game (15), twice that year.

A graduate of Nazareth Area High School, Nardella fondly recalls his NCC days as time where he met numerous new friends, including a teammate that became one of his best friends.

Following his career at NCC, Nardella played baseball with the Blue Mountain League and in winter recreational leagues.  The father of two sons, Nardella is a letter carrier by profession who also referees high school and college basketball games.
