Tucker will continue to lead the Board, joined by Vice Chair Kerri-Ann McTiernan, Treasurer Dale Vos, and Secretary Kristen Schuth. The group works with the Board of Regents to guide the Association's strategic priorities and governance efforts in support of more than 500 member institutions and student-athletes nationwide.

Tucker, the Executive Director of Athletics at Northampton Community College (PA), is one of the most highly decorated athletic administrators in the country. Tucker has been honored as a five-time National Athletic Director of the Year, 2019 NJCAA Loyalty Award Recipient, two-time Region 19 Augie Eosso Award Recipient, 2022 NATYCAA L. William Award Recipient, and 2023 NJCAA George E. Killian Award of Excellence Recipient.

From 2020 to 2023 Tucker served as the Chairman of the NJCAA Eligibility Committee and then was elected to his current role as Chairman of the NJCAA Board of Regents in August of 2023. Tucker is also the Executive Director of Region 19, which oversees the operations of 26 NJCAA member colleges in eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.

"Serving as Chairman of the NJCAA Board of Regents is a privilege and an honor, and I'm grateful for the continued trust of my colleagues," Tucker said. "Our focus remains on strengthening the student-athlete experience, supporting our member colleges, and advancing the mission of the NJCAA through collaboration, communication, collegiality and consistency."
