SYRACUSE, NY - The Northampton women's volleyball team won their first two matches at the Cara Bryant Memorial Tournament at Onondaga Community College, downing Jefferson Community College 25-12, 25-19 and Cayuga Community College 25-8, 25-16 on Friday evening.

Northampton, ranked 6th in the latest NJCAA poll, improved to 23-0 on the season.

The Spartans will face Onondaga Saturday at 9am and Monroe Community College at 11:15am followed by a single elimination playoff to determine the tournament champion.
