"We really found a rhythm early and things just snowballed from there," remarked Head Coach
Brennan McCarthy, "we got some good looks and the guys knocked down shots and we did a good job maintaining our intensity on the defensive end as well."
The win moves Northampton to 4-3 overall, 4-1 in Region XIX and 4-1 in the EPAC.
Luzerne falls to 0-8 overall, 0-6 in Region XIX and 0-6 in conference play.
The Spartans are back in action on Thursday when they travel to Lincroft, NJ to face Brookdale Community College in a rematch of last year's epic Region XIX semi-final matchup.
