BETHLEHEM, Pa. - Northampton Head Men's Soccer Coach
Mario Barrantes has released the Spartans 2021 schedule, which includes a match-up vs. the 2020 NJCAA national runners-up, Camden County College (NJ) on September 16th.
The Spartans, who did not compete in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, will open the 2021 season on September 14th when they travel to Toms River, NJ to face Ocean County College.
Following the Camden match, the Spartans will open their home season with a match vs. EPAC foe Montgomery County Community College on September 21st. Northampton and the Mustangs have had some classic match-ups over the years, with the all-time season series tied at 10-10-2.
On Saturday September 25th the Spartans will once again challenge themselves on the road, traveling to Sewell, NJ to face RCSJ-Gloucester.
The Spartans will then host four straight matches, starting with Delaware County on September 28th, Central Penn College on September 30th, Raritan Valley on October 2nd and Salem Community College on October 7th.
Coach Barrantes and his team then hit the road for three straight contests, traveling to former NJCAA foe Bucks County Community College on October 9th, Montgomery on October 12th and Delaware County on October 14th.
The Spartans will end the regular season on Saturday October 16th when they host Middlesex College at 1pm.
Postseason play is scheduled to open on Saturday October 23rd.
