"Typical opening night game," remarked Head Coach
Brennan McCarthy, "lots of positives and lots of things to work on. Overall I'm happy with our play, but we have a number of things we will need to tighten up as the season progresses. Give Bucks credit, they came in here and played hard for 40 minutes."

The win moves Northampton to 1-0, while Bucks falls to 0-1.
The Spartans return to the hardwood on Thursday when they head north to Binghamton, NY to face Broome Community College at 8pm at the Baldwin Gymnasium.
