PHILADELPHIA, Pa. - The Eastern Pennsylvania Athletic Conference (EPAC) has released their players of the week, for the week ending February 12th.
Northampton Community College freshman Zoe Cruz (Swiftwater, PA/Pocono Mt. East) and freshman CJ Miles (Bangor, PA/Bangor) have earned this week's Eastern Pennsylvania Athletic Conference (EPAC) Player of the Week honors as announced by the conference Monday afternoon.
Cruz guided the Spartans to a 3-0 week, leading all scorers with 14 points in a 52-51 win over #13 RCSJ-Gloucester. Cruz also scored a team high 16 points in a 66-57 win over the Community College of Philadelphia and had 11 points in a 62-44 victory over Sussex County Community College. The Spartans, ranked 15th in the latest national poll, host Central Penn College on Tuesday, February 14th at 5pm.
Miles led the #4 Spartans to a 3-0 week. Miles had 20 points, in an 82-47 win over Sussex County Community College. Miles contributed to a 67-54 win over #14 RCSJ-Gloucester by scoring 14 points and handing out 3 assists. Miles added 20 points in an 84-57 victory over the Community College of Philadelphia on Saturday. The Spartans are now 24-2 and will host Delaware County Community College on Tuesday, February 14th at 7pm.
