MAYS LANDING, NJ - The Northampton men's volleyball team closed out their inaugural season with a 3-1, (25-14, 21-10, 21-25, 25-21), victory over Atlantic Cape Community College on Monday night at the Buccaneer Athletic Center.

Johnny Martinez (Northampton, PA/Northampton) had 8 kills, 6 solo blocks, 9 digs and 2 service aces, Alexander Schoenen (Northampton, PA/Northampton) stuffed the stat sheet with 8 kills, 8 assists, 3 service aces, 3 solo blocks and 3 block assists and Josiah Melendez (Allentown, PA/William Allen) added 22 assists and 8 digs for the Spartans. 



"I am so proud of these guys," remarked Head Coach Rachael Caywood, "they have been locked in since day one and have taken so much pride in being part of the first men's volleyball team in NCC history.  I can't wait for next season."

Aidan Fleming (Easton, PA/Easton) recorded a team-high 9 kills, as the Spartans finished their inaugural season with a record of 9-1.
