BETHLEHEM, Pa. - The Northampton men's volleyball team remained undefeated on the season, downing Atlantic Cape Community College, 25-9, 25-15, 25-19, on Wednesday evening at the Arthur L. Scott Center. 

John Nice (Feasterville, PA/Neshaminy) led the Spartans with 14 kills, while Luke Smith (Breiningsville, PA/Parkland) added 10 kills, 3 digs and 8 blocks. 

"I like the improvement I'm seeing," stated Head Coach Rachael Aquila, "the guys are starting to trust one another and play to our strengths."

Matthew Gonzalez (Coopersburg, PA/Liberty) had 12 digs and 3 assists, while Zach Franges (Bethlehem, PA/Freedom) notched 26 assists, 9 digs, 5 kills and 2 blocks. 

The Spartans improve to 3-0 overall and 2-0 in Region 19 with the win.

Atlantic Cape falls to 1-4 overall and 0-1 in the Region. 

Northampton is now off until Monday February 24th when they travel to Lincroft, NJ to face the Brookdale Jersey Blues.
