BETHLEHEM, Pa. - Northampton men's basketball coach Brennan McCarthy notched his 200th career victory on Thursday evening, as his Spartans downed 5th ranked Montgomery County Community College, 69-54, at the Arthur L. Scott Center. 

McCarthy, the winningest coach in Northampton basketball history, improved to 200-81 (71%) during his tenure in Bethlehem, which includes 4 EPAC Championships, a Region 19 runner-up finish in 2023 and a 4th place finish at the NJCAA National Tournament in 2023. 

A 3-time Coach of the Year, McCarthy and his Spartans are currently 19-4, as they prepare to host Atlantic Cape Community College on Saturday.
