BETHLEHEM, Pa. - Veteran mentor Mario Barrantes returns to the sidelines in 2025 for his 7th full season leading the Northampton men's soccer program. Barrantes, who owns a career record of 44-37-6, has guided the Spartans to 3 EPAC titles during his tenure. 

The two-time conference coach of the year guided Northampton to their 5th consecutive playoff berth in 2024, where the Spartans earned the #8 seed and fell to #9 Montgomery, 1-0.  

The Spartans are scheduled to open the 2025 campaign on August 26th when they travel to Harrisburg Area Community College to face the Hawks, before returning home to face nationally-ranked Camden County College on Saturday August 30th at 12pm.
