Brennan McCarthy

Named Head Men's Soccer Coach in August 2014, Brennan McCarthy joined Northampton after spending 2013-14 at NCAA Division III Keuka College (NY).

During his tenure as Men's Soccer Coach, McCarthy has quickly transformed the Spartans into a Region XIX contender, leading Northampton to back-to-back EPAC Championships.

The Spartans had a breakthrough season in 2015 finishing 11-5-0 overall and 10-2-0 in conference play and returning to the postseason for the first time since 2012.

The Spartans returned to the postseason in 2016 after posting a 13-3-0 mark overall and a perfect 12-0-0 record in conference play.  Sophomore Joey Jacona earned Conference Player of the Year honors, while Sam Gaye and Kenan Meral were named All Conference.

During his first season on the sidelines, McCarthy guided the Spartans to a 3-10-0 record, including a 3-7-0 mark in EPAC play.  Sophomore Brian Garcia earned All-EPAC First Team honors.
