Amherst College Athletics

Brennan McCarthy was named Assistant Athletic Director for External Operations on July 15th, 2024, after previously serving as the Assistant AD for Facilities, Operations & Events since 2014. 

McCarthy will oversee all game scheduling and coordinate officials, transportation and logistics for all Spartan athletic teams.  In addition, McCarthy will be responsible for student-athlete on-boarding, social media presence and the Northampton Sports Network. 

McCarthy, his wife, and two children reside in Bethlehem Township.
