Eric Kutteroff

Erik Kutteroff took over the Northampton softball program on July 10, 2023, bringing a championship pedigree that included two Region 19 championships and two NJCAA World Series appearances in 2018 and 2019 while he was leading the Lehigh Carbon program.

2026 saw the Spartans endure a rash of injuries that left them depleted down the stretch, yet Northampton was able to advance to the Region Final Four where they finished 3rd, ending the season with an overall record of 18-13.

The 2025 campaign ended with the Spartans falling in the Region 19 championship game to RCSJ-Gloucester, 4-3.  Northampton was ranked as high as #8 during the season and finished with an overall record of 20-12.  Six Spartans earned All-Region honors, led by First Team selection Sydney Harper.

Kutteroff's first season in Bethlehem produced a 20-14 overall record, a spot in the Region 19 championship game and a national ranking as high as #7 during the season. The Spartans had 3 players named All-Region; as Hannah Karc and Morgan Boyd earned 1st Team honors and Cassandra Schillo was named to the 2nd Team. Northampton earned the #4 seed for the Region 19 playoffs and defeated #5 RCSJ-Cumberland in the first round to advance to the Final Four.

A two-time Conference and Region Coach of the Year, Kutteroff turned the LCCC program into a powerhouse, developing 5 NJCAA All-Americans, 2 EPAC Player of the Year award winners, 2 Region 19 Players of the Year, 2 EPAC Pitchers of the Year and 2 Region 19 Pitchers of the Year under his tutelage.
