Michael Badway was named Manager - Athletic Event Operations & Facilities on December 23rd, 2024. Previously, Badway spent 13 years in collegiate athletics where he coached Track & Field and Cross Country as well as overseeing Event Operations, Facilities, and scheduled Transportation.Â
Badway will serve as the primary site administrator for all Northampton home games, oversee event management staffing and will be responsible for oversight and upkeep of Northampton's athletic facilities.
A graduate of East Stroudsburg University with his Master's Degree in Sports Management, Badway resides in Lower Macungie with his wife and son.
