EDISON, NJ - The NCC women's basketball extended their winning streak to four games, defeating Middlesex County College, 79-70, on Thursday night.

Antoinette Wise scored 29 points, recorded 10 steals and dished out 4 assists to lead the Spartan attack.

Ashley Slater scored 16 points and Ciara Mbonu grabbed a team-high 12 rebounds. 

Head Coach Art Wolfe cited Slater for her outstanding floor game, "Ashley really did a nice job leading the team tonight, I thought her play was one of the real keys to our victory."

Northampton improves to 5-7 overall and 5-2 in Region XIX. 

The Spartans travel to Brookdale Community College on Saturday to face the Jersey Blues in their last game of the semester.
