LINCROFT, NJ - The NCC women's basketball team had their four-game winning streak halted on Saturday as they fell to Brookdale Community College, 71-60.

Ashley Slater scored 18 points and grabbed 8 rebounds while Antoinette Wise added 13 points and 13 rebounds to pace the Spartans.  Sophomore Krista Ruhle chipped in 12 points and 6 rebounds.

The loss drops NCC to 5-8 overall and 5-3 in Region XIX as they head to semester break.
