BETHLEHEM, Pa. - Head Coach Kevin Foley and his NCC Spartans are preparing to return to campus and begin practice for the Spring semester.  The Spartans will begin practice on January 4th, with their first game scheduled for January 15th vs. Atlantic Cape Community College.

"I am excited to get back to work," remarked Foley, "We have a chance to reach our goal of qualifying for the regional playoffs, which as a first year team would be a nice accomplishment."  The Spartans are currently 5-8 overall and 3-5 in Region XIX play.  In order to qualify for the regional tournament a team must finish either .500 overall or .500 in Region XIX play.

"We will be in the meat of our regional schedule when we return," stated Foley, "so we really control our own destiny."

The Spartans have a heavy home schedule to start the semester, hosting Atlantic Cape on January 15th, Cumberland County College on January 16th and Passaic County Community College on January 19th.

The Spartans will be holding an open practice in January, please check back for more details regarding date and time of this event.
