NEWTON, NJ - The NCC women's basketball team raced out to a 35-20 haltime advantage and never looked back, defeating Sussex County Community College, 67-52, on Thursday night for their second consecutive Region XIX victory.

Antoinette Wise scored 16 points, grabbed 10 rebounds and dished out 5 assists for the Spartans, who improved to 3-2 in Region XIX.

Gina Falco (10), Krista Ruhle (14) and Ashley Slater (12) each joined Wise in doubles figures.

NCC, now 3-7 overall, is off until Tuesday December 8th when they host Bergen County College at 5:00pm.
