BETHLEHEM, Pa. - The NCC women's basketball team scored 41 first half points to propel them to a 60-55 victory over visiting Atlantic Cape Community College on Friday night.
Krista Ruhle scored a game-high 22 points and notched 7 steals while
Ashley Slater added 8 assists.
The Spartans knocked down 10 3-pointers on the night; with Ruhle,
Gina Falco and
Chalice Melhem each hitting 3 and Slater contributing 1.
The victory moved Head Coach
Art Wolfe one win away from the 350 win plateau.
Northampton improves to 7-8 overall and 6-3 in Region XIX.
The Spartans return to action tomorrow when they host Cumberland County College at 1:00pm.
