BETHLEHEM, Pa. - April Andrews scored 23 points to lead the NCC women's basketball team to an 85-62 victory over Atlantic Cape Community College on Tuesday night. 

The Spartans used a 1-2-2 press to open up a 20 point lead in the first seven minutes of play and coasted into halftime with a 44-31 advantage.

"It was good way to close out the semester," commented Head Coach Art Wolfe, "I thought we got a little sloppy at times, but overall it was a good effort."

Halie Cintron added 17 points, Dee Brown scored 11 and Shana Clark had 11 rebounds as all 15 Spartans saw action.

NCC improves to 12-3 overall and 8-1 in Region XIX.

The Spartans are now off until January 15th when they travel to Cumberland County College.
