Robinson Breaks NCC Single-Game Scoring Mark

PARAMUS, NJ. - Freshman Ike Robinson broke the NCC men's basketball single game scoring record last night when he dropped 44 points on defending NJCAA national runner-up, Bergen Community College.

Robinson, a 6-4 forward from Conwell-Egan High School, finished 13 of 18 from the field including a 7 for 10 performance from long-range.

"Ike was definitely in a zone tonight," remarked Head Coach Kevin Foley, "it was a tremendous effort on his part and the entire team to come on the road and get this victory."

Robinson broke the mark of 42 points held by Jerome Falwell who set the record on November 20, 2002 against Harrisburg Area Community College.
