SEWELL, NJ - The Northampton men's and women's basketball teams return to action on Tuesday when they face Gloucester County College in a Region XIX doubleheader.

The NCC women enter the contest with a record of 6-2 overall and 5-0 in conference play, while Gloucester is 5-1/3-0. 

GCC freshman Lavon Childress was recently named NJCAA Player of the Week and is currently averaging 27ppg and 13rpg.

NCC is led by sophomore Dee Brown who is averaging 10.7ppg and Michelle Thomas who averages 8.6 rebounds per game.

On the men's side, Northampton is 3-5 overall and 2-3 in Region XIX, while Gloucester is 1-6 overall and 1-2 in conference.

The Spartans are led by Jaylonn Tullis, who is averaging 16.1ppg and Ralph Padilla (15.7ppg/5.8rpg).

The men return to action on Thursday at home vs. Union County College at 7pm, while the women are off until December 10th when they travel to Bergen Community College.
