Tiara Aziz scored 17 points and
Alyssa Gibson added 12 points, 16 rebounds and 7 assists to lead the Northampton women's basketball team to a 61-42 victory over Montgomery County Community College on Tuesday evening.
The Spartans, who led 34-20 at halftime, remain perfect in Eastern Pennsylvania Athletic Conference play, improving to 7-0.
"It's a good road win for us," stated Head Coach
Art Wolfe, "this is always a very tough place to play with the great fan support they have."
Northampton, ranked 5th in the country, improves to 19-1 overall and and will travel to Harrisburg Area Community College on Saturday to face the Hawks at 1pm.
Montgomery falls to 4-16 overall and 2-7 in conference play.
