COLORADO SPRINGS, Co. - The Northampton women's basketball team remained atop the latest NJCAA Division III national poll, which was released Wednesday by the national office.

The Spartans, 15-0, return to action on January 15th when they travel to the Community College of Philadelphia.  NCC has not played since December 18th when they rallied to defeat Division II Essex County College, 62-55, in Newark,  NJ.

Defending national champion Rock Valley College (13-2) is second, followed by Mohawk Valley Community College (12-0), Roxbury Community College and Fulton-Montgomery Community College.

Northampton, which took over the top spot on November 28th, plays their first home game of the second semester on January 22, when they host EPAC foe Luzerne County Community College.
