SCHNECKSVILLE, PA - The Northampton women's basketball team clinched their seconds consecutive EPAC championship with an 84-48 victory over Lehigh Carbon Community College on Thursday evening at Berrier Hall.

Brianna Morales scored 25 points, Katie Schickling 20, and Lauren Thompson 15 to pace the Spartans.  Lacey LaRezza added a team-high 17 rebounds and 9 blocked shots.

"Winning the EPAC was one of our goals for this season," stated Head Coach Art Wolfe, "but if we are going to acheive some of our other goals, there are some things we need to work on before the postseason begins."

The win moves Northampton to 13-5 overall and 9-0 in the EPAC, while Lehigh Carbon falls to 6-8 overall and 4-3 in conference.

Northampton can improve to 20-0 all-time in EPAC play with a victory on Saturday when they host Bucks County Community College at the Arthur L. Scott Spartan Center at 12pm.
