Box Score SYRACUSE, NY - 4th ranked Onondaga Community College downed Northampton, 76-61, in the championship game of the Onondaga Community College Classic on Sunday afternoon at SRC Arena.

The Lazers (2-0) jumped out to a 33-23 halftime lead, which they increased to as many as 23 in the second half, before withstanding a Northampton rally which cut the margin to single digits, to win their 7th consecutive Classic title.

All Tournament Team selection Dominique Oyeniyi scored a team-high 16 points and grabbed 6 rebounds for Northampton, with committed 25 turnovers and shot only 10% from 3-point range (1 for 10).

Onondaga (2-0) was led by Alisia Griffin who scored a game-high 21 points on 9 of 13 shooting.

The Spartans (1-1) will travel to Scranton, PA on November 6th to face Division II Lackawanna College at 6pm.
