Box Score DUNDALK, MD - Trailing 60-58 with 1:30 remaining,  Ezekiel Sloan (Hatboro, PA/Hatboro Horsham ) hit a 3-pointer to give Northampton a 61-60 lead, and the Spartans held on down the stretch to secure a 63-60 victory over CCBC-Catonsville on Saturday afternoon at CCBC-Dundalk.

The Spartans, who led 40-28 at halftime, found themselves down by 2 with 1:30 remaining, but Sloan's (9 points) clutch shot and two free throws from Jerrel Burke (Morrisville, PA/Pennsbury ) with 9.3 seconds remaining gave Northampton their second victory of the season. 

Burke finished with 20 points, including a 9 for 10 performance from the charity stripe, while Juan Perez-Jones (Morrisville, PA/Pennsbury ) added 11 for the Spartans. 

The Spartans, now 2-2 overall, return to action on November 15th when the travel to Thaddeus Stevens College for their first Region XIX contest of the season.
