LARGO, MD - The 13th ranked Northampton men's basketball team dropped their first contest of the year, falling 76-72, to Prince George's Community College on Saturday at Novak Field House.

Both teams shot under 40% from the field for the game, but Northampton's struggles at the charity stripe, led to them being outscored by 10 points, as they only converted 19 of 37 free throws.  

Titus Wilkins (Easton, PA/Executive Education Academy Charter) led the Spartans with 20 points, while Tyrese Fuller (Harrisburg, PA/Central Dauphin) added 10 points and 13 rebounds. 

The loss drops Northampton to 2-1 overall, while PGCC improves to 1-0 with the win. 

The Spartans are now off until November 10th when they host NJCAA Division II County College of Morris at 7pm.
