CHESTER, Pa. - The 12th ranked Northampton men's basketball team picked up a hard-fought road victory on Tuesday evening, downing Delaware County Community College, 80-72, af Fidonce Gymnasium, in a Region 19 match-up. The victory was the 14th straight for Northampton over Delaware, a streak dating back to January 30, 2016.
Nasir Ruhani (Brooklyn, NY/Eagle Academy (NY)) scored a game-high 28 points to lead Northampton, while
Josh Washington (Bethlehem, PA/Executive Charter) added a double-double with 16 points and 12 rebounds, as the Spartans remained unbeaten on the season.

Brennan McCarthy, "I thought we did a good job staying focused on the task at hand, and not getting distracted by things out of our control."
Sebastian Fermin (East Stroudsburg, PA/Pocono Mountain East) chipped in with 13 points, including 3 3-pointers and
Abdul Jackson (Pottstown, PA/Pottstown) recorded a double-double with 13 points and 11 boards.
The win moves Northampton to 8-0 overall, 5-0 in Region 19 and 2-0 in the EPAC.
Delaware falls to 4-4 overall, 3-3 in the Region and 1-1 in conference play.
The Spartans are now off until Tuesday December 3rd when they host Camden County College at 7pm.
