SCRANTON, Pa. - Six Spartans have been named to the 2025 Division III All-Region team, per a release from the Region 19 softball committee and chairman, Mr. Erik Larson.

Sydney Harper (Nazareth, PA/Nazareth) earned First Team honors, while Morgan Boyd (East Stroudsburg, PA/East Stroudsburg South), Jenna Geiger (Quakertown, PA/Quakertown), Emma Kozy (Emmaus, PA/Emmaus), Molly Devers (Bethlehem, PA/Liberty) and Maggie Pagotto (Lehighton, PA/Lehighton) were each named to the Second Team. 

Harper led Northampton with a .490 batting average, which ranked 42nd in the country.  Harper 49 hits, 23 RBI and stole a team-high 18 bases. 

Boyd, who was named to the First Team in 2024, batted .360 with 8 doubles, 23 RBI and 7 stolen bases.

Geiger led the Spartans in homeruns (5) and RBI (44), while batting .424 with 17 walks.

Kozy had 4 homeruns and 32 RBI and finished with a batting average of .418.

Devers hit .453, stole 14 bases and had 7 doubles and 21 RBI. 

Pagotto, the team's catcher, batted .359 with 7 doubles and 37 RBI.

The Spartans, 20-12, finished as Region 19 runners-up, and are currently waiting to see if they receive an at-large bid to the NJCAA National Tournament in Syracuse.
