RANDOLPH, NJ -  The Region 19 basketball committee has released the seeding for the upcoming Region 19 Division III women's basketball tournament, with the Northampton women's team earning the #3 seed. 

The Spartans, 18-8 overall and 12-6 in the Region, will face a familiar foe in 6th seeded Brookdale Community College on Tuesday February 24th at 5pm.  Northampton and the Jersey Blues have squared off twice in the last week, with Brookdale winning 73-70 in Bethlehem on February 14th, and then defeating the Spartans 65-63 in overtime in Lincroft, NJ on February 16th. 

Passaic County Community College earned the top-seed for the tournament.

The winner of the tournament receives an automatic bid to the NJCAA National Tournament in Texas.
