Charles Cooper joined the Northampton Women's Basketball staff in November 2020.
Coach Cooper brings a number of years of experience at the NJCAA-level, having served as an assistant coach at Harcum College from 2014 through 2016 and Valley Forge Military College from 2016-18. Cooper helped Harcum advance to three consecutive Region 19 semifinals and a NJCAA District quarterfinal during his tenure.
In 2019 Coach Cooper became the head coach of the East Coast Power AAU Timberwolves, located in King of Prussia, PA.
An avid recruiter and game strategist, Cooper is a graduate of Cheyney University (PA) with a bachelor of science in marketing and sports management.
