Rebecca Bailey joined the Northampton Women’s Basketball staff in September 2021.
Prior to joining Northampton, Bailey spent one season at her Alma Mater Notre Dame Jr.-Sr. High School of East Stroudsburg PA, coaching at the 7th/8th grade girls level. Bailey then spent two seasons with Pocono Mountain East High School serving as the Girls’ Freshman Head Coach during the 2018-19 season, and the Junior Varsity Head Coach and Assistant Varsity Coach during the 2020-21 season, leading the varsity girls to the second round in the District XI playoffs.
Bailey played collegiate basketball at Penn State Harrisburg. While attending Penn State she studied Criminal Justice and Communications. Following her graduation she continued to pursue her athletic career and attended the Seattle Women’s Basketball Combine in 2017 and the Women’s International Basketball Combine in 2018.
In addition to bringing her coaching expertise to Northampton's athletic department, Bailey also contributes her knowledge of strength and conditioning training, as she began her own fitness program in 2020 “Be True Fitness”
