MEDIA, Pa. - The NCC men's soccer team ended the 2009 regular season with a convincing 5-1 victory over Delaware County Community College on Monday afternoon.  

Five different Spartans scored a goal as Northampton improved to 12-5 overall and 11-3 in conference play.  Joe Vassallo notched a goal and sophomore Dan Pereira added a goal and assist to pace the NCC offense.

The Spartans now await seeding for the EPCC tournament which begins on Saturday October 24th.  The Spartans are projected to be the #2 seed.  Official tournament pairings will be released by the EPCC league office by Thursday.
