BETHLEHEM, Pa. - The NCC men's soccer team earned the #7 seed for the upcoming Region XIX Tournament and will host 10th seeded Sussex County Community College on Monday October 25th at 2:00pm. 

The Spartans, who are unbeaten in their last 10 games (8-0-2) finished the regular season with a 9-5-3 overall record and 8-5-3 Regional record.

"We are absolutely thrilled to get a first round home game," remarked Head Coach Ned Yelovich, "Sussex will be a tremendous challenge for us, but the guys are playing with a lot of confidence right now."

The Spartans, who are in their first season of NJCAA competition, defeated the Skylanders 4-3 earlier in the season.

"That all goes out the window," remarked Yelovich, "the playoffs change everything ... this will be 90 minutes of soccer for the right to continue your season."

The winner of Monday's matchup advances to the Regional semi-finals to play #2 Ocean County College on October 27th.
