BLACKWOOD, NJ - The NCC Baseball season came to an end on Friday afternoon at Camden County College, as the 5th seeded Spartans fell to 2nd seeded Brookdale Community College, 8-0, in the Region XIX playoffs, eliminating them from the tournament.

NCC opened the Final Four with a 12-2 loss to top-seeded Gloucester at 11:00am on Friday morning.

"It was a great ride," replied Head Coach Adrian Yaguez, "I am really proud of the kids, while it is tough to digest right now, I think they will all look back in a few days and realize just what we accomplished as a second-year program in the NJCAA."

The Spartans, who upset 4th seeded Bergen County College to advance to the Final Four, finish the 2010 season with a 20-21 record.
