VINELAND, NJ - The NCC men's soccer team will look to rebound from their season opening loss to Bergen Community College when they travel to Cumberland County College today for a 4:00 pm contest.
The Spartans (0-1-0) lost their inaugural Region XIX contest, 2-1, to the Bulldogs on Tuesday, after jumping out to a quick 1-0 lead on a
Clark Israel goal, less than three minutes into the game.
"Cumberland will be a good test for us today," quipped Head Coach Ned Yelovich, "not only are we facing our first road contest, we are doing it after losing a tough game on Tuesday ... the staff and I will really be evaluating how the team responds today."
The Spartans next return to action on September 9th when they host nationally-ranked County College of Morris at 4:00 pm.
