Leading 2-1 entering the 9th inning, Freeman singled and stole second and then scored on a line drive single by Eilenberger, giving the Spartans a 3-1 advantage.

Closer Aaron Barry then came on in the bottom of the 9th and collected his NJCAA-leading 8th save of the season.

NCC improves to 27-10 overall and will now return to playoff action this weekend at Gloucester County College, where they will face the Roadrunners on Friday at 11:00am.
