BETHLEHEM, Pa. - The Northampton volleyball team improved to 12-0 with a sweep of Delaware County Community College on Saturday afternoon at the Arthur L. Scott Spartan Center.
Bethlehem Catholic's
Anna Domyan had 7 kills, 2 aces and 5 digs as the Spartans made short work of the Phantoms, 25-12, 25-9, 25-12.
Meghan Granite recorded 7 kills and 7 aces and Northampton High School's
Kelly Yagerhofer notched 6 kills, 7 aces and 2 digs.
"These are the type of matches that we need to stay focused and stay sharp ... some teams tend to let down after big wins like we had on Thursday, but championship-caliber teams understand the need to "get up" for every match, and I thought we did that today," stated NCC Head Coach

Barbara Dimon added 4 kills and 7 aces and setter
Ashley McCauley posted 22 assists.
The nationally-ranked Spartans improves to 12-0 overall and 11-0 in Region XIX.
Delaware County falls to 5-8 overall and 3-6 in Region XIX.
NCC returns to action on October 3rd when they travel to EPAC foe Lackawanna College for a 7pm match.
