BETHLEHEM, Pa. - The Northampton men's soccer team saw their 2013 season come to an end on Saturday afternoon as Bucks County Community College eliminated the Spartans from the Region XIX Tournament with a 2-1 victory in double overtime.
Joseph Cantillo scored 2:49 into the second overtime off a Wayner Horger throw-in to give Bucks County Community College a thrilling 2-1 victory and end the Spartans season. After a scoreless first half, Bucks got on the board just 1 minute and 8 seconds into the second half to take a 1-0 advantage. Northampton responded just over a minute later, as

Mike Gaudette direct kick and beat the Bucks keeper to tie the contest at 1-1.
NCC, the #8 seed, ends the season 7-10-1, while 9th seeded Bucks advances to play #1 Camden on Tuesday October 29th.
