TOMS RIVER, NJ - Nationally-ranked Ocean County College snapped Northampton's 3-game winning streak, downing the Spartans 3-0 on Saturday at Viking Field.

Ocean (10-2-0) got on the board first, when Ben Osei scored off an assist from Nolan Gattshall at 34:34.

The Vikings put two more goals on the board in the second half as Pablo Bedoya and Joe Kirchgessner each scored.  Ocean outshot the Spartans 13-2 and had 9 corner kicks to none for NCC.

The loss drops Northampton to 5-7-1 overall (5-3-1 Region XIX) with the loss.

The Spartans can clinch a spot in the Region XIX playoffs with a victory at Harrisburg on October 8th.
