BLUE BELL, Pa. - The Northampton Baseball team remained perfect in conference play, downing Montgomery County Community College 11-6 on Tuesday afternoon at Lombardo Park.

NCC trailed 6-4 entering the top of the 8th inning, but Jon DeJesus hit a grand slam to put the Spartans up 8-6 and they added 3 runs in the 9th to earn the 11-6 victory.

The Spartans improve to 17-7 overall and 4-0 in the Eastern Pennsylvania Athletic Conference.

Montgomery falls to 18-7 overall and 3-2 in conference play.

NCC returns to action on Saturday when they host conference foe Bucks County Community College in a doubleheader starting at noon.
