COLORADO SPRINGS, Co. - The Northampton Baseball team is ranked 10th in the latest NJCAA Division III national poll released today by the national office.

The Spartans, who went 6-4 during their spring trip to Myrtle Beach, jumped into the top-10 after not being ranked in the first poll of the season.  "Our kids worked very hard during the Fall and Winter," remarked Head Coach Adrian Yaguez, "so this is nice reward for them, but it is a long season ... we need to come out and play each day if we are going to achieve our goals."

The Spartans face Division II Raritan Valley Community College on Wednesday night at Diamond Nation in Flemington, NJ.
