SYRACUSE, NY - The Northampton Baseball team stayed hot, sweeping Onondaga Community College, 5-0, 10-2, in a doubleheader on Saturday afternoon at the Lazer Baseball Complex.
GAME ONETyler Forbes (Athens, PA/Athens Area ) earned the victory on the mound, going 5.2 innings, allowing no runs, 2 hits and striking out 11 while improving to 2-0 on the season.
Ryan Nazario (East Stroudsburg, PA/East Stroudsburg South ) was 2 for 4 with 2 stolen bases,
Angel Lopez (Pennsburg, PA/Perkiomen School ) was 1 for 3 with a RBI and
Roanderson Severino (Reading, PA/Reading ) was 1 for 1 with a double and RBI to lead the Spartans.
